IEC 60598-2-22 is the LVD derective, special for Emergency lighting.  The original version can be asked from OTC R&D team.

 Lever 2: General Test
           Test 1: If AC on and switch on,  then lamp on, lamp under charging.
           Test 2:  If AC on and switch off,  then lamp off, lamp under charging.
           Test 3: If AC on and switch off, and test button actived,   then emergency on,Charging indicate off.
           Test 4: If AC on and switch off, and battery not in circuit,   then lamp off,Charging indicate off.
           Test 5: If AC off,   then the emergency on.
